By accessing or using the Nestify website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars.

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity. All sales are final unless covered by our return policy.

Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your credit or debit card statement as nestify. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us at support@shopnestify.co or 562-610-8228 before initiating a dispute with your card issuer.

Billing Address: Your billing address must match the address on file with your card issuer. We collect billing information solely to process your payment and verify your identity.

We ship within the contiguous United States only. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times: Standard Shipping 5–7 business days; Express Shipping 2–3 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $30 or more. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both opened and unopened items in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@shopnestify.co or 562-610-8228 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label or instructions.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

shopnestify.co is a direct-sale retail store. All purchases are one-time transactions. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or recurring charges on this site.
