How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days after your order is processed (1–3 business days). Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $30.
How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both opened and unopened items in resalable condition. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our fulfillment center, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter the fulfillment process. Email support@shopnestify.co immediately with your order number to request a cancellation.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@shopnestify.co or 562-610-8228 with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
