Returns & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled by Autofulfill. All physical returns must be sent to the following address:

Please do not send items to any other address. Returns received at any other location cannot be processed.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Both opened and unopened products are eligible for a refund, provided they are in resalable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@shopnestify.co.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations: items not in resalable condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before they enter the fulfillment process. To cancel, contact us immediately at support@shopnestify.co or 562-610-8228 with your order number.

Once an order has been submitted to Autofulfill for processing, it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled through the return process after delivery.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email support@shopnestify.co with photos of the defect and your order number.
