Returns & Fulfillment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nestify purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for both opened and unopened items in resalable condition.

All orders are fulfilled by Autofulfill. All physical returns must be sent to the following address:

Please do not send your return to any other address. Returns sent to any other address will not be processed and we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to the wrong address.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@shopnestify.co or call 562-610-8228 with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in resalable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number. Both opened and unopened items are eligible for return.

Items that are damaged through customer misuse, missing parts, or returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items marked as "Final Sale" and gift cards.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). In that case, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund including original shipping.
